Sales Opportunity Job Posting

Company

Launch Pad Solutions, LLC provides a full portfolio of sales services including sales consulting, sales coaching, sales training, and sales outsourcing services.  As part of Launch Pad’s sales outsourcing services, companies will outsource part of their sales process to Launch Pad.  Under this arrangement, Launch Pad’s sales staff will perform tasks like cold calling, cold walking, delivering demos, close transactions, etc. 


Responsibilities

  • This employee will be assigned to one of Launch Pad’s clients and then responsible for performing and executing the portion of sales process that the client has outsourced to Launch Pad.
  • The agent will be provided with the needed training and tools needed to be successful.


Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Willingness and openness to picking up the phone and making sales calls.
  • Employee can be located anywhere in the US.
     

Compensation

  • This position has a base compensation that is based on hours worked and paid on a weekly basis.
  • There are incentives and bonuses provided tied to performance.
