Description
This person will be responsible for manage a team of telesales reps and project manager for the projects that those reps are assigned to.
Responsibilities
Managing and monitoring inside sales activities
Interviewing, training, and setting up new telesales agents
Main point of contact for questions from telesales reps
Requirements
Good communication skills
Team player
Ability to work unsupervised
Self-starter
Decent computer skills
Sales experience a plus
